Section 1. First Grants for assistance in institutions or
Article 100. Object.
grants covered by this section are intended to finance care for people with disabilities, over 16 years, in residential or occupational, depending on your particular situation. People
applicants for these grants will meet the following specific requirements:
a) not take place concert or convention.
b) That the center meets the requirements regarding the authorization and registration in Decree 87/1996 of 20 February.
c) Who has applied to join the center itself or agreement concluded with the Council for Equality and Social Welfare and / or their associates, and is waiting to be helped home, unless the aid result in a continuation of years there before or right center of the previously identified.
d) Have a family per capita income not more than 1.5 times the minimum wage.
e) It must have favorable prescription the Center for evaluation and guidance.
f) that applicants meet the requirements for admission to institutions regulated by Decree 246/2003, of September 2, which regulates the income and transfers of persons with disabilities in residential and day care centers.
Article 102. Amount.
The maximum amount of these grants will be provided per month, place and type of center in Article 87.
Section 2. ª Grants mobility and communication
Article 103. Object.
1. The grants covered by this section are intended to facilitate the greatest possible autonomy within the family and social environment for those personas con discapacidad y graves problemas de movilidad y comunicación.
2. Podrán solicitarse estas subvenciones para las siguientes actuaciones:
a) Adaptación de vehículos a motor. b) Adquisición, renovación y reparación de prótesis y órtesis. c) Adquisición, renovación y reparación de ayudas técnicas.
3. Quedan excluidos de estas ayudas, los productos que, siendo de semejante o parecida naturaleza, estén incluidos en el vigente Catálogo general de ortoprotésica del Servicio Andaluz de Salud.
Artículo 104. Solicitantes.
1. Las personas solicitantes habrán de cumplir los siguientes requisitos específicos:
a) No poseer una renta per capita income above the minimum wage.
b) In the mode of adaptation of motor vehicles: Being affected by a severe disability that prevents them from using other means of transport and not have been a recipient of a grant for the same purpose during the previous three years.
2. When people with disabilities are minors
or will be disabled, grant applications for adjustment of motor vehicles may only be made by their legal representatives, spouse, or first grade in the case of persons not legally disabled.
3. Are excluded from grants under this section, people over 65.
Article 105. Documentation.
1. Applicants must provide, together with the application, based on the type of grant, the following specific documents:
a) Adaptation of motor vehicles: Photocopy of driver's license.
b) Acquisition and renewal of prosthetic and orthotic devices, medical prescription.
2. In grants for acquisition, renovation and repair of assistive devices should be placed on the record of a favorable report of the Center for evaluation and guidance.
Article 106. Amount.
The maximum amount of subsidies is as follows:
a) Adaptation of motor vehicles: 750 €.
b) Acquisition and renewal of prosthetic and orthotic devices: Hearing
: 1,200 € (two instruments). Ocular
: 400 €. Dental
: 600 €.
c) Acquisition, renovation and repair of other technical aids: The cost of this scheme.
Section 3. Transport subsidies ª
Article 107. Object.
1. The grants covered by this section are intended to help defray travel costs of people with disabilities to residential or day to which to attend.
2. Also included in this section transportation aid for children in early intervention.
Article 108. Applicants.
1. May apply for the grants covered in this section those whose income per capita is less than minimum wage.
2. Excludes subsidies covered in this section, persons with disabilities who are occupying the center square concerted occupational or day stay unit, except those with exceptional cases that can not use all or part of the service available.
Article 109. Amount.
The amount of these grants will be from 43 € to 109 € monthly maximum.
